Terms of Use FP — Friendly Poker Companion

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Friendly Poker Companion (“FP”, “the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What FP does

FP helps home poker groups track buy-ins, cash-outs, and settlements. FP does not process payments, hold funds, or transfer money on your behalf. Any settlements shown are guidance for your group to settle privately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required to consent to digital services in your country, you may use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts and responsibility

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your device secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (buy-ins, cash-outs, final totals).
• If your group has a dispute, the App’s records are informational and may not reflect real-world cash flows unless everyone enters correct data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FP for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or abuse.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the App’s operation.
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law.

5. Poker, gambling, and compliance

FP is a tracking tool. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws where you live and play. FP does not organize games, take a rake, or facilitate gambling payments.

6. Notifications

If you enable notifications, FP may send game-related alerts such as invites, dealer-round reminders, and game-ended results. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App or any part of it except as allowed by law.

8. Changes and availability

FP may change, improve, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed for safety, security, or policy reasons.

9. Disclaimer

FP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that settlements will always match real-world outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any disputes, losses, or claims arising from your games or settlements.

11. Termination

You may stop using FP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the service.
