Quick tip: If something looks off, open the game’s Activity feed to verify buy-ins, cash-outs, edits, and who entered final totals.

How to join a game

Open an invite notification or a shared game link.
Enter your buy-in to join.
If you’re already active in another game, FP will ask you to finish or leave it first.

How settlements work (high level)

During the game, FP tracks buy-ins and cash-outs.
When the host ends the game, all active players enter their final stack amount.
FP calculates who should pay whom to settle up, while minimizing friction and keeping transfers consistent.
FP does not process payments. Settlements are guidance for your group to settle privately.

Common issues

I can’t join (expired / full / kicked)

FP blocks joins when the link is expired, the table is full, or the host removed you from the game.

Notifications

If you aren’t receiving invites or game-ended alerts, check notification permissions in your device settings.
Some dealer-round reminders may be delayed by the operating system’s battery optimizations.

A number was entered wrong

During live play, the host can correct totals (with an Activity entry for transparency).
During end-game totals collection, you may be able to edit your submitted total until finalization starts.
If needed, the host can trigger a recount so players re-enter totals.

Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)

Account deletion

In the app: Settings → Delete Account (recommended).
If you can’t access the app, email Shaharhilel10@gmail.com from the phone number used to sign in and request account deletion.

We will delete your profile and associated data from our systems, unless retention is required for security or legal purposes.
